Many of the hamster cages you can get in Singapore are far too small for a hamster and are also pretty expensive. DIY bin cages are a better alternative because they provide a lot more space and can be customized to your (hamster’s) needs. Unfortunately, not everyone has the time (or skill!) to make one.
